The project aims to provide high-quality, inclusive, flexible and competence-based in-service training for teachers in all educational sectors. The project aims to create four regional centres that will be officially recognised by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in-service training courses for teachers of all levels of education remotely and on the job on a credit-bearing basis.
The objectives of the project are as follows:
- To improve staff skills for the development and implementation of micro-qualifications based on the MOOCs;
- to develop and implement national and institutional frameworks for the development, delivery and recognition of micro-qualifications;
- create, implement and validate 11 pilot micro-qualifications based on the MOOCs;
- promote the broader use of micro-qualifications for the professional development of teachers and other target groups.
To achieve the project's objectives, CRED4TEACH will strengthen institutional capacity for the delivery of micro-qualifications based on the MOOCs through training by partners from the programme countries, create national and institutional guidelines for the delivery of micro-qualifications, develop, implement and validate 11 micro-qualifications based on the MOOCs, and promote the dissemination of the results achieved through a large-scale information dissemination campaign. The project results will be reflected in 3 frameworks containing recommendations for education decision-makers on implementing micro-qualifications at the national level.
