The founder and organizer of the International Scientific Conference "Signal and non-Gaussian noise processing" is the Department of Radio Engineering and Information-Telecommunication Systems of Cherkasy State Technological University.
The conference is held every two years.
Conference languages – Ukrainian, Russian and English.
An attendee of the Conference may be all citizens of Ukraine and other countries, presented materials under the existing rules that fit the program objectives of the Conference and paid the registration fee in the prescribed order.
Conference proceedings will be published as a digest before the Conference. The best abstracts presented at the conference and approved by the committee will be published in the collection of scientific papers "Bulletin of Cherkasy State Technological University" after their format has been changed to meet the requirements. The digest is included into the list of publication which can publish results of the master and doctoral theses in the field of technical sciences.
